Minpunten
Management is unqualified and toxic, highly cliquish and lots of favoritism. Acknowledgement is not about skill or ethic, it is about who likes you. Management are all in their 20s with very little to absolutely zero management experience. They knew the right person, were hired or promoted, without any actual experience or overall likeablilty to back it up.
They do not respect their staff as actual human beings. People are treated like numbers. Micromanaging and expectations are at an all time high for low wages.
Tip out is high and based on total sales.
Servers are expected to pre-buss all their tables. Tipping out total sales when few drinks were sold or food runners were not on the clock - Where is the money going?
