I’ve shared this with colleagues on our senior team and asked them to reflect on all aspects of what you’ve written. I work hard to build a culture where we are very open to feedback and challenge from across the company but it sounds like I may have more work to do to get this embedded in every part of our business.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to share this. We work really hard to build a great, high performance culture at MPLC and It means a lot to hear that it’s genuinely being felt across our business.
I think that trust, collaboration and purpose don't happen by accident. They come from how our people show up for each other every day.
