      Upper Management Politics Work life balance is very bad Micro-management in everything Always ready to fire people Zero Job Security You give this company day and night even then manager will say your performance is not good

      Pluspunten

      Great mission driven organization with huge potential for growth. Important to me that they enable international students to attend school in the US and Canada which is life changing for many of the students. People are really nice, everyone is focused on growing the company. A lot of opportunity for people willing to jump in at a startup.

      Minpunten

      Can be very busy. They could have more socializing events.
