This is an excellent place to work if you have small children and need the flexibility to drop off and/or pick up you kids. They offer generous holiday and Paid Sick Time (PST) that can be used to care for yourself or family members.

Minpunten

Raises don't happen on a regular basis. Keep in mind that PST is part of your compensation package and you will NOT be paid out if you choose not to use it.

The people are fun and the team I was on had a lot of senior leaders, which was great to have exposure to.

Minpunten

There was a lack of documentation of processes so having to learn on the go. Not much support for a junior role, so it would be good to have that during stressful situations. Very low pay compared to the market expectations.
