Spregiudicate politiche di livellamento salariale. Corsi e convegni su inclusione e ESG (Social ed Etich Governance) poi, di fatto impoveriscono i dipendenti non riconoscendo il recupero dell'inflazione (assorbimento degli incrementi contrattuali).

headquarter located in one of the best place in Milan. Balance work/life

Racism rule in this place i have heard many insults to people come from abroad. You got to pay attention when you talk, some people there are really peevish. No contraddict, if you are not aligned with common thought you will have searious trouble, it not only happens on the work environment but at lunch/coffee break too. Sometimes i felt to be into a nazi-lager.
