Pluspunten
Working was very flexible for the program that I was in, and I learned a ton from my mentors. The pay was adequate and vacation/sick time was generous. Professional development was encouraged and you could be reimbursed for things like PMP, LEED, or MBA certs. The writing was on the wall about the direction of the USA market in 2023 and my manager was transparent about it so I was able to find another job before layoffs later in the year.
Minpunten
The USA is being neglected in the Americas sector. Last I heard pretty much all midwest retail staff had been let go because they had one anchor client in the region. They talk a big diversity game but upper management is basically all white. They talked about exceeding profit goals in town halls but skimped when it came time for raises and bonuses. Very cagey with reviews. They'll tell you that you're doing a great job and give you lots of praise for taking initiative all year and then give you a 2 during evaluations.
