Unfortunately, a few hardworking employees have lost their jobs unexpectedly due to the shortcomings and bad deeds of the management and the CTO.

Salary is atleast 50% more than current industry standard. 5. Lots of opportunities and good place to learn and excel in future. 6. Extremely friendly environment and good work culture. 7. Increment policy is very good and happens twice in a year. 8. Provident Fund, Employee personal loan policy, mediclaim policy they have all these which is very helpful. 9. Regular client visit and review of task. 10. Uses advanced technology and the technical resources are mostly from top colleges in Kolkata. 11. The CTO himself is an ex-IITian and brings lot of challenges and opportunities for the employees. All round a very good company to start with.
