Large Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Company with 30 million square feet Class A office building.

Minpunten

Management including supervisors never support their employees. Benefits very poor compared to other REITS. No fixed salary structure, pay offers depends on whom you know in the Company. Supervisors look for their own benefits. Employee attrition rate is very high. Do not recommend as place to work, go some where else if you have a choice

The majority of people are nice and hardworking. I believe the employees are the company’s greatest asset and I am hopeful there is a positive future ahead for them and the company.

Minpunten

Lots of dysfunction lately. There is a lack of communication and cooperation within the organization and even among executive management. There are also a handful of people who take advantage of the company and managers. These people are never held accountable for incompetence, a poor work ethic, or making up their own hours.
