Most projects involve real client data and cloud-related tasks instead of only internal training exercises. There's good exposure to data pipelines and different problem-solving tasks, so learning happens naturally. Team members regularly share knowledge and experience. The company provides certification and training support. The pay and benefits are better than I've had in similar jobs.

- Leadership at Mactores is an absolute failure and clearly does not know what it is doing - Leadership is ignorant and completely clueless and rarely makes decisions that actually improve the workplace - Decisions from leadership are consistently terrible and only create more problems - The work environment is extremely stressful due to weak and ineffective leadership - Employees do not receive the support or opportunities that are needed.
