NOT AT ALL GOOD APPRAISAL 6. They claim to be a "great place to work" but the reality is twisted 7. Exploits freshers. Specially the ones who are in bond period(no good salary hike- max 2-6%) 8. HR dept. is not at all active in employe's concerns. You'll raise a concern today & they MAY reach you out after 1 week. 9. Ratings given at time of appraisal are just to potrait that the employee also has a say in this and will give you the worst salary hike possible in mid-level industries. 10. No skill improvement opoortunities as you'll stuck in doing the same work over & over. The list goes on but I hope you understand my point.
