Minpunten
The management is highly narcissistic, and they promote workplace mobbing to the highest degree. Hence creating a toxic environment. They victimize vulnerable whistle blowers who report harassment/abuse, and make their lives a living nightmare in a passively aggressive manner. They try to destroy your self-esteem and reputation by running a smear campaign behind your back, and make others believe you're crazy. They emotionally torture you into depression, as an attempt to get you to quit or act out in an aggressive manner, which may lead to a firing. I reported instances of mobbing and verbal abuse on behalf of a co-worker to HR. Coworkers started avoiding me, people stopped sitting next to me during lunch. A few months later, my car started getting vandalized with scratches, or individuals started leaving their trash on my windshield. I reported it to the security team, and they apparently saw nothing on the cameras. My car is often parked very close to the plant where cameras can see everything.
