Very supportive corporate culture and helpful management. It encourages team work, forward thinking, involvement into the problem solving activities. Also management provides monthly feedbacks on the performance which is very helpful and leads to development. Magnet also has Knowledge internal learning, library and various courses.
Minpunten
Functions do not interact with each other much. Although there is the NODE- internal online communication tool for employees, it lacks offline team building activities.
