      Pluspunten

      Owner was mostly very good to me and I am thankful for being given an opportunity for growth. Good co-workers. Becky Bartle is a great resource.

      Minpunten

      Expectations often change or are unclear. Too much input from RDO, not allowing me to manage building the way I wanted and needed to. Poor benefits. Difficult to draw in employees who need quality Health Insurance and 401K.

      Have loved my experience with this company and my supervisors. They have been paying my student loans off for me, and have other continuing education programs.
