Glad to hear you're having a good experience! This year we were able to add 401K to our Health, Dental, Vision, and Transportation plans, and we have another benefit we've been working on that should be coming soon with Open Enrollment in the next cycle. - Work is project based, which means tight deadlines on high profile projects for clients can severely limit ability to have any work / life balance for unpredictable amounts of time. This is the reality of the business we are in, but worth mentioning!
