Culmination of this poor culture is cliques forming who regularly decide to take a football into the car park and don’t care if it’s getting hit against employee cars causing damage; did I mention the people in charge of HR are joining in these games? Flexibility is non existent in the organisation. Electronically clocked in and out, forced to clock out for lunch and if you go over even by a minute or two your wages are docked and reprimanded by a member of management. Expected to start at 8:30, unpaid lunch break, no breaks during the day. No flexibility or autonomy to eat your lunch where you want. The 1950s called, they want their workplace culture back. Avoid at all costs.
