Minpunten
Absolutely shocking predatory employment practices. As mentioned in previous review three breaks a day was a positive: These have been taken away and work hours haven’t been amended to match; effectively a pay cut without consultation. Would not like to question the legality of it, but for members of staff on minimum wage as a base it’s a disgrace.
Culture is poor, no proper induction for new members of staff. Thrown in a room for 3 hours with basic videos, no welcome or even visibility of hiring staff. Culmination of this poor culture is cliques forming who regularly decide to take a football into the car park and don’t care if it’s getting hit against employee cars causing damage; did I mention the people in charge of HR are joining in these games?
Flexibility is non existent in the organisation. Electronically clocked in and out, forced to clock out for lunch and if you go over even by a minute or two your wages are docked and reprimanded by a member of management. Expected to start at 8:30, unpaid lunch break, no breaks during the day. No flexibility or autonomy to eat your lunch where you want. The 1950s called, they want their workplace culture back.
Avoid at all costs.
