The leadership team brings real expertise in their domains, a great sense of humour, and creates an environment where you feel psychologically safe. Despite being fully remote, there's a natural warmth to the team - even in online meetings, people are curious about each other's lives and want to connect, not just get through the agenda.

Health benefits during the first year of employment could be better - there's currently no dental coverage until after that initial period, which can be a real gap for new joiners. Offering fuller coverage from day one would make a meaningful difference.

If you're unfortunate enough to have a passive or overly micromanaging team lead, your career development and day-to-day work experience can be significantly impacted. This lack of consistency in leadership can make it challenging to thrive and become demotivating after a while. - This is not necessarily a con, but it is worth mentioning here: Company values and company's frequent emphasis on them. While core values are essential, the constant push to reinforce them at every opportunity can feel repetitive. Sometimes they felt forced and overwhelming.
