1) Leadership does not appreciate employee’s value even when employees have been loyal and there for a very long time — 10+ years. 2) Merit raises haven’t been given in years. 3) With top producers, compensation is cut about 25% - 35% without any warning or valid reasons provided. 4) No room for advancement and there aren’t any growth opportunities.

Pluspunten

Management wants you to succeed. Experienced in your role making easy for conversation about challenges with useful coaching, input accepted and considered and sometimes acted on if possible, coaching helps find ways to move forward. DEI is irrelavent as company has culture around its business and all employees, no focus on fads like DEI.

Minpunten

Just bought by HIG Capital so culture is changing, reorganizing management, growing faster than resource with old processes, constraints exist and hard to move, plans to grow even more may make turmoil for while.
