Maintel really values its people, and this is demonstrated by the amount of long service awards that are issued each year. Support is available at all levels from colleagues around the business to the People team and the Op’s board. Maintel’s CEO has worked his way up through the company so understands the challenges first hand

Minpunten

Maintel has taken on board staff feedback at the townhall meetings and all handcalls and I feel are working to reduce the cons

- Significant redundancies and cost-cutting when I joined created uncertainty - First year felt unstable due to ongoing organisational changes - Morale could be affected by frequent restructuring - Limited long-term clarity around roles and growth during that period
