The company will be providing you so many knowledge and experience in the field you’re in. You’ll learn to multitask, and manage multiple projects. Great for freshers.

Minpunten

Very high workload, no work-life balance, Saturdays are also loaded, too much office politics, bossy bosses, company is not treating project-based employees fairly considering the benefits of regular employees (14th, 15th, performance bonus, loans, higher leave credits, etc.). Wide difference in terms of benefits. Regularization is literally just a dream. For project-based employees, you only get the DOLE minimum 5 days leave and heavy workload. If you’re up for the challenge, this company is still one of the best to jumpstart your career.
