Pluspunten
If you work at the corporate office, you will have all kinds on parties, food trucks, group “team building “, at a branch you will not be included. There are some great people, but few and far between. HR will tell you and sell you how great the company is, but those days are gone. Working at a branch will keep you at arms length from most of the micromanaging, and it’s worth it.
Minpunten
HR apparently runs the company, and quite poorly. HR team needs to be disbanded, at least get a leader that isn’t insecure and paranoid. There tends to be an abundance of friends and family working in the same departments, very much a high school clickish mentality. If you have an issue don’t expect anything less than being terminated, you will be talked to, not a conversation to see if you need assistance.
