Only pro they had was the marketing team that consisted of three people they had events every so often, and it was always a good time. other than that I can't think of anything.
Minpunten
Poor upper management and HR. They give out HORRIBLE raises even when the company has "RECORD BREAKING YEARS".... but did the employees ever see any of it? NOPE! They also don't always pay overtime. I myself and the sales coordination team (non management) consistently worked above and beyond what was asked and always had to BEG to get paid over time. Sounds like a lawsuit to me! To move up with the company you have to threaten to leave before an opportunity is given, and then at that, your still underpaid. This company is a revolving door. Right when you learn someones name, they get fired or quit because of lack of support from management. Favoritism is a key role here... Be careful if you are employed here, there are plenty of "snakes, and Bears" lurking around every corner.
