Pluspunten
-The product is actually good and valuable for the customers and the jobs in the different departments can be interesting and challenging. -Most people in the team are amazing, partly due to being trauma bonded, and are genuinely happy to help each other. -Due to the severely high fluctuation, it is very easy to get hired and hiring staff is usually desperate enough to give in to salary requests. Getting a higher starting salary is much easier and more likely than getting a raise later on. -If you are lucky enough to be counted to the favorites, there's the chance of pretty good bonuses and incentives.
Minpunten
-Absolutely horrendous leadership on most levels. Most leaders are recruited from within the company and it shows. Outside hires in leadership positions usually struggle or leave soon. Actually good, empathic leaders are not welcome here and usually have to give up their team to the more toxic leaders. -Salaries are completely random. Some people work years at the company with solid results and are paid significantly less than most new starters and are refused a raise. -In some functions, also the bonus system isn't structured or based on actual performance and numbers, but based on how much you suck up or on subjective opinions. -Beware of who you talk to, some colleagues will gladly stab your back to get into a better position themselves.
