Pluspunten
ME family. That was the thing I liked to most while working at ME. You are surrounded by friends and the atmosphere is (usually) very relaxed. Also, during my career I got to expand my network and learned to work under a lot of pressure. I also had the advantage of working with great team managers, unlike many of my colleagues.
Minpunten
Management Events has good values (that they make the employees learn by heart and then do random test) but most of the them I couldn't feel being valued. It's nice to see in a slide show that employees are important to the company but would be even nicer to see in practice. Mistrust towards employees (in some teams possibility for remote work almost non-existing), choosing pets who you give your everything instead of spreading that respect around, whispering behind backs and gossiping like teenagers. That is not investing in people. Not even, if you organized bigger parties with more booze. Management Events wants to be a modern company but does not succeed in that at all. Strict guidelines, tight processes and metrics, those really kill the motivation and leave no room for being creative. Too much concentration on the money only.
