If you're from a peripheral office that is not Madrid you are treated like a second degree employee with different policies and a compensation package that is nowhere near competitive. - Out of touch CEO: the CEO of the company enforces a strict, patriarchal, overly centralized company policy which is completely out of touch for other countries. - Little recognition outside Spain: Unknown company for most of the world, little added value on your CV if you plan to go for interviews.
