Pluspunten

I get to learn a lot with the various AI projects the company is launching; it is motivating to work on the latest tech trend; I feel that we are really at the forefront of what's happening in the tech sphere.

Minpunten

Could be quite dazzling at time, we do a lot of different thing and priorities can shift overnight.

Minpunten

Leadership is not just inexperienced, it’s fundamentally unfit for the roles they occupy. There’s a consistent pattern of appointing directors who lack the competence, judgment, or leadership ability required, which trickles down into chaotic execution and constant firefighting. Strategy shifts on a whim, priorities are unclear, and accountability is nonexistent. Compensation is laughable. Employee turnover is extreme. Most people don’t last beyond six months, and after a short time, it becomes obvious why. There is no stability, no sense of growth, and no indication that the company is interested in retaining talent. People leave as soon as they realize what they’ve walked into. It’s so normalized that people actively apply for other jobs during working hours, not even bothering to hide it, which tells you everything about morale and long-term confidence in the company. Even within the sales team, there are only few individuals who demonstrate any real vision or strategic thinking, and tellingly, even they are actively trying to leave. That alone says more about the environment than anything else. The culture is openly toxic. Unprofessional behavior from leadership is not an exception, it’s normalized. creating an atmosphere driven by fear rather than respect. Psychological safety is nonexistent. Long hours and overtime are expected as a baseline, with no recognition or meaningful compensation. Burnout is not just common, it’s inevitable. Contributions are undervalued, concerns are dismissed, and effort is rarely acknowledged. Finally, the interview process is deeply misleading. Expectations are oversold, realities are withheld, and the disconnect becomes obvious almost immediately after joining. What is presented to candidates bears little resemblance to the actual day-to-day experience
