Minpunten
Over a period of a few months, I’ve watched every female leader at Mango Languages resign. In less than six months, women resigned from the following positions: COO, Executive Assistant, HR Director, Marketing Director, HR Coordinator, and Product Development Manager. That list contains two members of Mango’s “Hall of Fame”, the recipient of the most “Core Value Awards” of anyone, and two winners of local “top professionals in their age groups” awards. I cannot put my finger on the cause of this exodus but the effects are obvious. It is hard to stay motivated and feel loyal when I cannot imagine any career growth for myself here.
