Benefits are good and co workers are awesome to work with.

Minpunten

Lack of trust the employees and managers have with each other. There is a lot of favoritism with upper management. They will make you do a job of others for months to a year with no compensation. Training is horrible and the company will blame you for everything.

Flexible scheduling, and plenty of volunteer time, if you need extra money in your pocket - the ability to use your cell phone - have a lot of freedom without people looking over your back directly. But they're constantly scouring the lot watching. They call it policing the lot

Minpunten

Little room for advancement unless you are young - managers act like they're bi polar smile at you one minute and give you a dirty look the next - GM is very toxic and is a liar. Compensation is only slightly over minimum wage - company makes billions in profit - work outside in every weather condition, whether it's pouring rain and 5° or sunny and 100°
