Management will not look after you you’re on your own you get treated like a criminal Please note this section of Manthorpe is the fabrication department low wage compared to the engineering department and extremely high turnover of employees This company has high end market contracts defence nuclear but little care for quality of work leaving the factory or input from employees that could increase profits and productivity
