Micromanaging to the point where employees quit. Getting calls day in and day out getting calls from people screaming, swearing, and complaining about how much they hate me and the company; and I rarely get backed up by supervisor or manager Day to day performance doesn't mean much, you'll only get a raise (very little % most is 3%) if your meeting the department goals. No incentive to do well. Receive bare minimum training on new system that is going to replace current system and get shamed for getting something wrong. Mapfre pays the least in MA. MAPFRE has their heels in the ground to not pay more because of MAPFREs "location" and "free parking". All of the other insurance companies in MA pay there reps +$10,000 more.
