Good bunch of people to work with. Support is always available for technical/complex issues.

Minpunten

No time for Travel Claims Service team to be established. Most are moved over to claims handlers after about 6 months.

The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

Minpunten

Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
