-problematic culture that breeds toxicity - there's a visible mentality that if you've been treated poorly, then you'll do the same to others because that's what the culture is like -if you don't like the culture, people will shrug and say: well, that's how it is here -everything is last minute and for no reason at all, and again you're told: that's how it is here -everyone is title-focused and will treat you like your garbage if you're not a director or above -senior management is a boys club and it shows -there are surveys, feedback and concerns that are shared and it's assumed that people who have left are those who've left bad reviews, when all the while it's current employees who are being swept under the rug -VPs/department leads will act like nothing is wrong and report up that things are great and their teams are happy, but never actually talk to their team members - only through their directors -work perks are a joke for a food company -there's a mandated 4-day in the office policy, but nothing done to make people want to come into the office
