Compensation: Salaries are significantly below market rate, making it difficult to justify the workload and hours. Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses are virtually non-existent for employees outside of top management. The lack of bonus structure for the majority of staff is demotivating. Work-Life Balance: Expect to work very long hours consistently. The expectation for extended workdays negatively impacts personal life. Middle Management: The quality of middle management is poor.
