Pluspunten
The best thing I can say about MarketCast is the team I was on was amazing. We consistently delivered quality work, had a passion for analysis and reporting, and teamwork. The people in my division were committed to making this an enjoyable place to work even if the circumstances were not great.
Minpunten
This is a company that expects you to work beyond your set working hours. Expecting people to work 40+ hours a week does not promote a healthy work/life balance. The CEO apparently has a disdain for fully remote work and those who do it. The company seems to mismanage their money consistently and has yet to correct an error with our 401ks. Higher-ups in the company micromanage employees and do not seem to want to listen to teams who are the ones actually doing the work. There is a lack of transparency. The wages are appallingly low for a company headquartered in Southern California.
