- They expect you to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week. If you don't believe it, look at their job posts on founder's LinkedIn profile. Zero work-life balance. - Huge employee turnover rate. Over the last 4 months, 20+ have left. - You will not be learning anything. The founders will push vibe coded mass to production, and you'll be tasked with cleaning it up. - No professionalism whatsoever. You'll be talked down to as if you're a child. - When you leave the company, they start bad mouthing you to anyone that reaches out to them about your review. The CEO even jokes about it. - The CEO is politically affiliated with BAL and asked every employee to take down all posts from social media during the July protest where they voiced against that regime. This is a clear violation of freedom of speech. - You'll be seen as disposable. Any bug is found, you'll be humiliated in front of everyone. - I can go on but it should be enough to get my point across.
