There is a reason Marksmen is the best of the best when it comes to brand protection. To work at Marksmen you need to be an "A" player, meaning this job is not for someone who wants to sit around all day and do nothing. You will be working on investigations for most premier firms and businesses in the world. Most of the time you are on a fast and strict deadline, which makes for an amazing workplace where you will always be learning and on your toes. It can get stressful at times, but management will always listen your requests. There has been numerous times where management has dropped everything to make sure mental health is over everything, which you will not find at other jobs. The CEO is also very present at all times and makes it a point to reach out and make sure everyone at Marksmen is happy inside and outside of work and will work to fix it if everything is not okay. I have been here for over a year and a half and Marksmen has a core group that all have the same "A" player mindset. I have learned to manage my time and all around have become a better Investigator working at Marksmen. The work is interesting and you will be at awe with the clients that we are able to work with on a daily basis. Marksmen also tends to reward hard workers and where you are able to get raises a lot faster than most jobs!
