No one feels like a "cog in the machine" but rather an open contributor to conversation. Across all departments, everyone is happy to answer questions for you and help you develop your career. Even the C-Level suite is extremely approachable

      Organization is still a little desired but improving steadily. No major downsides seen so far in all honesty.

      I don’t think it’s a con, but like any startup Marpipe has a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines at times.

      I love it here, but here are a couple of reasons why Marpipe might not be for everyone: • A lean team means you wear tons of hats and must prioritize/set boundaries and expectations • As with many early-stage startups, many processes are being created as we go which can be tough for those who need a ton of structure
