      General startup life (Wearing lots of hats, lean teams, lack of rigid structure, etc. - nothing too serious or unexpected) No match on the 401k Onboarding can be a bit hectic - a lot to try and take in during your first few weeks

      I don’t think it’s a con, but like any startup Marpipe has a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines at times.

      I love it here, but here are a couple of reasons why Marpipe might not be for everyone: • A lean team means you wear tons of hats and must prioritize/set boundaries and expectations • As with many early-stage startups, many processes are being created as we go which can be tough for those who need a ton of structure
