Minpunten
Middle management and individual department CEO’s are toxic. They favour individuals that do not challenge them. Pay Rises are given to favourites despite many other high performers. There is immense jealously from middle managers who have executives under them who are eager to push ahead in their career. They hold them back all the time! You are unable to work on a variety of clients unless you are a favourite and then you get to pick them. I’ve seen peers leave and management will not talk to them during their notice period. They are treated so poorly and ignored. As a current employee this culture makes me question why I continue work here. The continual turnover of staff is worrying and they are being replaced with inexperienced executives. If you raise a complaint about bullying of favouritism then expect to be outed and treated worse than before.
