Flexible working arrangements, both in regards to WFH and hours. Super manageable work load. Great office, plenty of support available both junior and senior. Amazing Managers and colleagues in Risk Management

Had been some staff turnover, however it’s a competitive job market at present. Also had colleagues in other business sectors who have shared more negative experiences with their colleagues/managers, but that is not my own experience.
