Daily business goes pretty smooth.

A company that has valid professionals but loves too much vertical hierarchy. People are mostly good and valuable, but the company “doesn’t accept” the fact that they’re not so big to justify that amount of complexity in internal processes. Decisions are always taken behind closed doors by a handful of people with no one else in the loop: a pseudo-agility begins and ends with R&D.

The people work hard and have know how to have fun. Management is very supportive of your professional development journey.

I think the salary is a little below average but you learn more than you would at other co-ops.

The people at Martello are very nice and accommodating. It's a very pleasant place to work.

The product is a combination of a number of acquisitions. If they could stitch everything together, there is a nice business there.
