The bureaucracy is overwhelming. For a 1000-2000 employee company there are so much regulations and procedures it's hard to do things. Any contractor agreement is tough to get through corporate approval system. Similar problems with hiring people. Also, a lot of critical IT software used in the company is outdated and is hard to use
