Good for immigration. Fast response. Timely pay. Good health insurance coverage. Commit to what they say on rates and benefits.

Minpunten

Don't have many direct clients. Mostly depend on other vendors for positions. Only 2 week bench pay; fire after that. This is not good for consultants on H1 visa.

Minpunten

They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
