The people and the work itself were actually solid.

Minpunten

• I was overloaded with far too many projects because the team was never staffed properly • Work kept increasing while no one was hired to actually handle it • I ended up working late almost every night just to stay afloat • Staffing concerns were raised, but nothing changed and no one acted on it • I was pushed into doing the work of multiple people until it became completely unsustainable • It was clear things were not improving, and staying longer stopped making sense

The product range is wide, and you get regular leads. The team is supportive. Managers are clear about targets and expectations. You can really improve your communication and sales skills over time.

Minpunten

Targets feel a bit high sometimes.

Open, laid-back and friendly atmosphere. A lot of motivation to work hard. I have a sense of community; we can confidently voice our concerns and ask for solutions. If you perform, your efforts are recognized and rewarded. Busy but manageable schedule.
