Pluspunten

The ownership and management do a pretty good job of remembering the work-life balance. During the slower times they keep us busy enough for a 40 hour schedule and during the busy season they usually ask about who wants to work overtime instead of just making someone work.

Minpunten

It does get very busy. Sometimes communication is difficult but I think that's because the schedule changes alot. The ability to advance is a concern but it looks like that is changing.

Good pay, with almost all expenses covered. (ex. work vehicle, work phone, etc.)

Some traveling, often 10hr days (but paid commutes!)

This is a very generous company to work for. Generous benefits including 15 PTO days a year. Paid holidays. Good Medical insurance. And they are big believers in training and safety. They don't just talk about safety. They really believe in it. Training in your first year will include hundreds of hours. And a group of coworkers who are all interested in seeing you succeed.

Minpunten

Work days can be very long. But they pay you for your time.
