The executives used to really care about the employees but things have changed. HR is out for HR and doesn’t care about the employees. The executives don’t play that big of a role in the day to day like they used to. They used to check in on employees and really care but you barely see them anymore. Communication is pretty much non-existent. If you go above and beyond for anything they don’t seem to care. It used to feel like you were a part of something and you were appreciated, now it is just like you come to work and go home.
