Working from home can be difficult

The new employee training is very extensive. They really want you to know the ins and outs of their product before you even move on to doing anything you were hired for. This is good because I am used to being thrown into the fire as a new employee. All my colleagues have been very helpful and approachable. I like that this is a family owned company because everyone is very open and easy to talk to.

My only complaint is that everyone works from home. Which may be perfect for some people but unfortunately it is not good for everyone. I am running into the problem that I am unable to see any people during the day which is causing issues for me socially.
