It takes a long time to have people value your opinion as you are still seen as new after 2 years. There is no real career growth, the base salary is low and the raises are close to inflation correction. There is no real support for obtaining certifications after training. Because people have been here for years, the development of a "MathWorks" way sometimes blocks real change/improvements Management in some areas of the company are not helping their teams grow and improve in the right way.
