Its a comfortable work environment with minimal stress and good pay as long as you are on the engineering side. The office is nice and the benefits seem to be on par with similar companies

Old fashioned management and lazy company culture. Career growth is based upon time served instead of achievements. You can be the top performer and not receive a promotion for many years. Process after process for everything as well. If you are a remote employee you are scorned. Management has been in place for a while and there are a lot of older, out of touch managers that are not familiar with modern practices.
