- Get to work with really smart people - Feel good about working on products that make a real difference in the world supporting scientists and engineers. - The cause of so much angst and grief has been removed. Finally!!! A little late, but so grateful there is karma in the world for all my friends and colleagues past and present who worked in the UX group. - Salary ranges are decent - Nice culture

WFH policy was never great Opportunities to grow depend on who you know, not your performance (true everywhere I suppose). Lack of transparency across the org. too old school.

The values are do the right thing and think long term - hard to get better than that. Work life balance is also quite good.

Software only, not much hardware. Limited ambition among coworkers.
